{"id":4567,"date":"2025-05-13T06:37:11","date_gmt":"2025-05-13T06:37:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotelpuriwaves.in\/?page_id=4567"},"modified":"2025-05-13T06:37:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-13T06:37:11","slug":"terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hotelpuriwaves.in\/index.php\/terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &amp; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Terms &amp; Conditions \u2013 Hotel Puri Waves<\/strong><\/h2><p>By booking a stay at <strong>Hotel Puri Waves<\/strong>, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Check-In \/ Check-Out<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check-in: 08:00 AM<\/li>\n\n<li>Check-out: 8:00 AM<\/li>\n\n<li>Early or late check-ins may be allowed subject to availability and additional charges.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Booking &amp; Reservation<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.<\/li>\n\n<li>Valid government ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.<\/li>\n\n<li>Room rates may vary during holidays, weekends, and peak seasons.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Cancel before 7 days of check-in<\/strong>: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded or adjusted for a future booking.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cancel within 48 hours of check-in<\/strong>: No refund or adjustment.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Non-refundable bookings<\/strong> are not eligible for cancellation or refund.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>No-shows<\/strong> (not arriving without canceling): Full amount will be charged.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Group bookings<\/strong> with advance: No refund under any circumstances.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Guest Conduct<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All guests must maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance.<\/li>\n\n<li>Misconduct, illegal activity, or damage to property will lead to eviction and potential legal action.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Loss or Damage<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
