Refund Policy

Hotel Puri Waves, Puri – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation
   • Some bookings are eligible for free cancellation up to a specific time before check-in.
   • Please check your booking confirmation for exact details.
2. Partial Refund
   • If cancellation occurs after the free cancellation window, a cancellation fee will apply.
   • Only a portion of the booking amount will be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
   • Discounted or special-rate bookings are strictly non-refundable.
   • No refund will be issued upon cancellation.
4. No-Show Policy
   • If you fail to arrive without canceling in advance, the full booking amount or one night’s fee will be charged.
5. Standard Cancellation Terms
   • Cancel before 7 days of check-in:
     • 50% of the booking amount will be refunded or the full amount can be adjusted for a future booking.
   • Cancel within 48 hours of check-in:
     • No refund or adjustment will be provided.
6. Group Booking Policy
   • For group bookings or bookings made through an ID advance, once the payment is made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
